This Privacy Policy Notice governs the use of the web page and its associated services, web pages, domains and sub-domains, which are owned and operated by Brenda Barnhart, Dreamscape Directory© ("Owner"). Wherever this Notice refers to "users" it means "you", while "I" or "my" refer to Brenda Barnhart, Dreamscape Directory© and "Web Site" for the web site in which the page belongs, and/or any website owned by me.

This web site collects certain information relative to users who visit the site. This Web site categorizes this information into the 2 following Categories and the privacy level and what I do with the information that I collect on you depends upon the category into which you fall.

I do not make any attempt to obtain information that personally identifies my users who visit my web site. It is NOT my policy to sell or otherwise provide access to such information to any third parties. I abhor SP^M as much as anyone possibly could, and would not treat you so disrespectfully. You can be assured of my confidentiality. You will NEVER be added to any list because I do not participate in nor am I or my site(s) affiliated with such activity in any way, PERIOD.

What information I collect:

Category I - Information on users who visit my site to read or download information on my pages. From these users, I collect and store (for statistical purposes) only the following information:

1. The domain name/URL through which you gained access to my Web site;

2. The precise time and date that you entered my web site;

3. The path of your visit through my pages, again for statistical purposes only.

Category II - Users who submit their sites to my Directory for the purpose of being listed, using my Submit Site Form Page, containing their email address, website URL, site name and descriptions only. Any information that I collect in this way is used only for purposes of listing your site and responding to you and addressing any issues that you may have raised. The email addresses will NOT be shared nor are they saved in a list.

Any information that I collect is collected as part of my business practices in order to identify demographic information relative to users who access my site, assessing the number and type of users accessing various sections of my site, helping me determine what content and business concepts are working for me and/or are of interest to my visitors, determining technical design features and specifications and helping me assess systems performance. I also use such information in statistical form to assist me in business and marketing strategies and programs. I utilize software programs to create summary statistics which I utilize for the above purposes.

As a security measure for myself and my users, I utilize certain software programs to monitor traffic to my site and within my network. This software also enables me to identify unauthorized upload attempts, access to my system, and/or any other attempts to cause damage to my systems.

Provision about Children:

I do not collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If I learn that I have inadvertently received any personal information on a child under the age of 13, I will delete that information from our systems immediately. I encourage parents to go online with their kids. Check out the FTC's site for more tips on protecting your children's privacy online. This webmaster and future mother is adamant about protecting ALL children, on or offline! They are our precious heritage and tomorrow's world leaders.
